This case is before us on exceptions by the respondent Maine Consolidated Power Company to a decree of the Public Utilities Commission establishing an increase in the rate for electric energy supplied by the petitioner Central Maine Power Company. R.S., c. 44 § 67. On complaint of the petitioner, the Commission found the rate then in effect under a contract between the petitioner and the respondent, both public utilities, was "unjust, unreasonable and unjustly discriminatory," and granted a proposed increase. R.S., c. 44, §Â§ 55, 62.
